• Usability Review

  An expert review is a quick and reliable way to identify usability issues. We can look at your existing technology, new technology, prototypes or requirement specifications documentation and give you an expert’s objective opinion.  We create a set of tasks representative of your strategy and walk through the technology as though we are one of your customers or staff. We document the issues as we see them, based on standard categories. To evaluate what is happening in your industry, we review the competitor landscape and document this in a Competitor Review.
